Health Certificates (if out of state or out of reciprocal state)
Boarding Agreement for Ranchorama Rodeo Grounds (whether you are keeping your horse on grounds or not)
Ranchorama Boarding/ Attendance Requirements
Health Certification from a licensed veterinarian within the past 10 days stating
the horse is completely healthy
Negative Digital Coggins test within the previous 12 months with images depicting
the horse brought to the property
Copy of vaccination records for tetanus, rabies, EEE /WEE, WNV, distemper &
flu/ rhino. (Vaccinations are NOT required, but records are desired).
Strangles is not required but HIGHLY recommended as we
did have an outbreak in 2024.
Signed Personal Boarding Agreement
All documents will be checked by Kiersten Carlisle OR Lilly McKellips prior to
the unloading of any equine on the premise.
